Pick the language you want to learn on the left and one you know on the right, choose a level and a topic game, then tap a word on the left and its translation on the right. Correct pairs disappear. When three or more tiles of the same color touch, they pop for bonus points. Finish faster for a bigger time bonus.

A word is mastered after you match it correctly on 5 different days. Only your first match of the day counts: a correct match fills one part of its bar, a wrong one takes a part away. Words you miss go to your difficult list so you can practise them first.

English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Hindi — in any combination. Progress is saved separately for every language you learn.

The first three games of every level are free in every language pair. BoomWords Premium unlocks all games, every language pair and new games as they are added. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers where offered by the store.

Open any locked game or Settings → Premium and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe and that the device is online for a moment.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BoomWords → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BoomWords → Cancel.

Your Premium access stays active until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

No. All words are inside the app, so you can play anywhere. It only goes online briefly to buy, restore or check a subscription.

BoomWords has no accounts and keeps everything on your device — uninstalling the app deletes your nickname and progress. If you used an older version (1.x) with the online scoreboard, email us your nickname and we will delete that data within 48 hours.

Yes! Rounds are short, there are no ads, and it works offline — great for warm-ups and vocabulary review. We’d love to hear how you use it; send us your ideas and topic requests.
